Bishop Samuel Osei-Tutu is a prolific Writer, Psalmist, Televangelist, Educationist, Marriage Counselor and an Entrepreneur.

Bishop Samuel Osei-Tutu is an end-time apostolic gift to the body of Christ, a strong and forthright preacher of God’s word and a prophetic firebrand of our time. Bishop Samuel ministers with deep prophetic insight accompanied by amazing demonstrations of the word of knowledge, healings & deliverances. 

His ministry has taken him across the continents of the world including; USA, Europe, Asia, Africa, and the UK and has influenced all over the nations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in social science and a diploma certificate in Education from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana.

Breakthrough Family Ministries International, a charismatic Christian church was birthed through a high conviction and revelation in the heart of God's servant Bishop Samuel Osei- Tutu after an 8 hour prayer in the central part of Ghana cape coast, in the year 1998..
The church which began in August 1999 with a 12 member congregation in a living room at Essikafo Ambantem no. 2, now has close to 20 branches across the world including the USA and the United Kingdom. The church moved from Essikafo Ambantem no. 2 to tadisco auditorium and since 2000 has met at Mantrac.
Our hands were strengthened by God to firmly lay the foundation of His Temple and our hands also has finished it.Work on this great edifice has been on going diligently for the past 8 years and prospered in our hands. We are gathered here today, for the grand opening and dedication of this glorious and magnificent 2,500 capacity seater Breakthrough Dome for God did this work.
